Tera serves as Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, Head of Human Resources, and the broader Firm Services team.
Before joining RTW, Tera spent a decade providing executive support in the financial sector. Her previous experience includes positions with Baker Brothers Investments, KKR, and Centerbridge Partners.
Tera holds a Bachelor of Science in Cosmetics & Fragrance Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
