Sweeny Pillot is a dedicated professional with nearly a decade of experience as a Director of Social Services.
She has worked at various healthcare facilities, where she has demonstrated the ability to manage and restructure departments, develop and execute program planning, and handle risk management while working with an interdisciplinary medical team to provide patient care and create facility-wide policies.
Her tenure as a Director of Social Services was marked by significant achievements, including the creation of a Hispanic Program at Sinai Post Acute, Nursing and Rehab Center and the successful relocation of patients during facility renovations at Centers Health Care. These experiences have honed her skills in forecasting, medical translation, office administration, policy writing, project planning, onboarding and managing a team.
In her current role at RTW Investments, Sweeny leverages her strong organizational skills, strategic planning abilities, and effective communication to boost productivity and streamline administrative processes. She is deeply committed to contributing to the overall success of RTW Investments.
In addition to her role at RTW Investments, Sweeny also serves as a Support Group Facilitator & Lead Translator for the LiveWell Foundation, where she facilitates support groups in both Spanish and English for individuals living with depression.
