Sean is responsible for providing structuring and transactional leadership for new ventures originated at RTW as well as alternative investments. Sean also provides oversight and support to the financial operations and business development of the newly formed ventures.
Prior to joining RTW, Sean was in the Corporate Development group at Jazz Pharmaceuticals where he led efforts in corporate strategy, business development, capital raising, and M&A execution. Before joining Jazz, he was at Barclays PLC in the Global Healthcare Investment Banking Division where he completed numerous M&A and capital market transactions. Previously, Sean was at Novomer, Inc commercializing a novel sustainable polymer technology. He began his career as a medicinal chemist at Merck & Co.

Sean received a BA in Chemistry from the University of Vermont and an MBA with a double major in Finance and Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
