Prior to joining RTW, Ram was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. During his tenure, he served as a trusted advisor to healthcare companies, guiding them through critical financial milestones such as IPOs, capital raises, and mergers and acquisitions.
Ram earned his MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University.
