Paiton is responsible for providing structuring and transactional support for new ventures originated at RTW as well as alternative investments.
Paiton also provides support to the financial operations and business development of the newly formed ventures.
Prior to joining RTW, Paiton worked as an investment banker at Bank of America in the healthcare group, where she advised life sciences companies on capital markets transactions and various strategic alternatives, including mergers and acquisitions.
Paiton graduated with honors from Boston College, where she earned a BS in Finance from the Carroll School of Management and a BA in Biology from the Morrissey College of Arts and Sciences.
