Yasee Zahedi is an accomplished legal professional with a strong background in securities, corporate, and transactional matters. As Associate Counsel at RTW, Yasee plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization through intricate legal terrains and facilitating strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining RTW, Yasee was an Associate at Goodwin Procter in New York, where she specialized in technology and intellectual property transactions. She also served as a Legal Secondee for Blackstone Life Sciences, offering insights on a broad spectrum of legal and compliance issues. Her legal journey includes roles at the Chambers of Honorable Jimmie V. Reyna, Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the Judiciary Committee for Senator Dianne Feinstein.
Yasee earned her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the American University Washington College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine.
